Debating - Tips

We’ve done our homework, now it’s your turn.

The way to lead the debate from the proposing side is clear. All you need is to convince the judge that your motion is the way forward.

From the opposing side, here are some ways to win a debate.

• Target a problem and identify the victim
• Prove the necessity of your proposal
• Prove the effectivity of your proposal (ie. How your proposal will solve the problem and achieve your objective)
