Third Session: Legal & Judicial systems

Overview
The workshop series aims to enhance the ability of debaters to analyze and prepare strong and realistic cases on the issues related to the workshop topics and to enable them to dive deeper into the analysis by introducing them to the general frameworks of symmetry in these aspects and some basic terms and most important ideas.
The third session focuses on issues regarding the legal and judicial systems, in which we address the principles of penalties and issues that may arise from correctional institutions and pursuing justice, and the extent of responsibility towards an individual’s actions.
Who Can attend this workshop?
Students who have at least debated in one tournament before, or have previous debating experience.

*Limited seating, 45 seats, (participants will be selected on a first come first serve basis)
*The workshop is for those who are familiar with the basics of the debate, and have at least debated in one tournament.
